In 2000, Braintree Selectmen granted BELD a license to operate a cable television franchise in the town, echoing the sentiments of Town Meeting members who twice voted overwhelmingly in support of BELD's efforts. Now BELD is providing cable television service over the same hybrid fiber coax network that serves as the backbone for our high-speed Internet service.

By choosing BELD Broadband for your cable service you'll enjoy the best in news, sports, kids' shows, local programming, digital music and movies—more than 260 high-quality channels in all! And what's more, you'll get improved broadcast quality, lower rates, a voice in programming decisions, helpful interactive features, and additional benefits for the town of Braintree—the same kind of things you've come to expect from BELD's other services.

Currently, BELD's network reaches about 95 percent of the town. We plan to complete the build-out of the network in the near future. Contact us to find out if we are now in your neighborhood. Stay tuned and watch us grow!
