BELD began installing its Hybrid Fiber Coax system in 1998 as part of
an automatic meter-reading project. Since December of that year we have
been offering unlimited high-speed Internet access to our residential
and business customers through this fiber network. To date, more than 3,500 BELD customers are enjoying the benefits of lightning-fast Web browsing and low rates from their community-owned Internet Service Provider (ISP).
Currently, BELD's network reaches about 95 percent of the town. We plan
to complete the build-out of the network in the near future. Contact
