Per year: $145.00 for each pedestrian pole and 175-watt fixture unit
$250.00 for each 30’ roadway pole and 250-watt fixture unit
$290.00 for each 30’ roadway pole and 400-watt fixture unit
The customer’s account will be charged monthly an amount equal to 1/12 of the total amount owed for each private streetlight and area light. |

General Terms
& Conditions: |
1. The customer will pay the Department in advance for all new pole units necessary to be installed for service.
2. The Department shall not be required to relocate any of its existing facilities to provide service under this service classification, nor shall it be required to replace existing fixtures unless the cost of replacement or relocation is paid by the customer.
3. The Department will install, own and maintain and the customer will pay for such pole units as are necessary to bring electric service from the Department's nearest accessible existing secondary circuit to the area to be lighted.
4. Service hereunder shall be subject to the General Terms and Conditions as published by the Department. |

Character of service: Dusk to dawn lighting of approximately
4200 hours per year by photo-electrically controlled lamps. The Department will own and operate all standard fixtures. |
