Some safety procedures we have implemented
We recognize that things are opening back up, but we are still very much in the middle of a pandemic, meaning that the safety of you and those we work alongside is our top priority. With this in mind, we do have some guidelines in place that we will follow when our technician is visiting your home, we will be doing the following:
Risk assessment – Before entering your home, our technician will be carrying out a risk assessment to ensure that all risks can be mitigated. This includes locating the most effective access allowing our technicians to minimize their contact with you and your home.
Social distancing – We will always strive to maintain 6’ or more distance wherever possible between both our employees and you. All interactions with you will be at least a 6’ distance.
Strict hygiene – Our techs will be washing their hands on a regular basis. Where this is not possible, they will all be provided with hand sanitizer to ensure that they can continue to disinfect their hands.
PPE – We are providing all our technician’s masks and nitrile gloves, which they will wear while inside your home.
