BELD conducting residential satisfaction surveys

Over the next several weeks BELD will be conducting residential satisfaction surveys among our residents. The purpose of this survey is to measure customer satisfaction levels and opinions regarding various BELD services, initiatives, and offerings, as well as identify opportunities to improve customer service throughout Braintree. 

The survey itself will be conducted by GreatBlue Research, Inc., a professional research firm located in Glastonbury, CT. We just want you to be aware these are legit communications, and these surveys are vital in helping us understand the concerns and priorities of the residents of Braintree and guide us in making decisions that best reflect the goals and needs of you!
