Payment Plans
During periods of financial hardship, the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities has indicated it will support any payment plan agreed to by the customer and the utility in order to bring an account up-to-date.

If you are unable to pay your bill in full, BELD will assist you in setting up a payment plan to pay the overdue balance over a period of at least four months—as long as each month’s current charges are paid on time. Your Right to Electric Service.

Are you 65 or older?
Don’t forget about our Senior Discount, an added benefit to help keep your bills down. To get on the program, just contact our office and we can get you setup. Positive ID will be required.

Do you know someone that you want to help?
We also offer gift certificates (a great gift for the holidays) that are perfect for those who want to help a neighbor, friend or relative. You can purchase certificates in any denomination, and they can be used toward paying any electric Internet or phone bill.
