We are very pleased to announce our Electric Operations Manager Sean Murphy recently received the Mutual Aid Service Award from the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA) for his significant, sustained contributions to NEPPA’s mutual aid program.
Sean and the crew at BELD are always working on service, maintenance, and any outage restoration that may arise in town. Along with all his efforts in Brain-tree, Sean also dedicates a lot of his time managing and coordinating mutual aid in all of South Eastern MA. He is a significant contributor the to success of NEPPA’s mutual aid in the area.
“I wouldn’t be standing here accepting this award if it weren’t for everyone else on the BELD team and the NEPPA members who pull together to make these restoration efforts such a huge success,” said Sean Murphy. “I want to thank all the members for always coming together in any conditions, never complaining and just getting the job done!”
