Julianne McGowan is awarded BELD Scholarship
Braintree Electric Light Department (BELD) has awarded its 2010 Marge Richardson Employee Memorial Scholarship to Braintree resident Julianne McGowan. A June graduate of Notre Dame Academy in Hingham, Julianne is headed for Northeastern University this fall, where she’ll study Nursing.
