Communicator of the Year!

Guess Who’s Writing About Winning an Award Now?

Yes, the person who usually writes about everyone else winning awards and harassing them for their picture, is now writing about his own.

BELD is thrilled to announce that our very own James Ritchie, has been honored with the Communicator of the Year award by the Municipal Electric Association of Massachusetts – Communications & Energy Services (MEAM-CES).

James, the dedicated voice behind BELD’s engaging communications, has been recognized for his exceptional work in keeping our community informed and connected. Whether it’s through our website, social media, at local events, or various other channels, James has always ensured that our messages are clear, timely, and impactful.

“I’m usually the one celebrating everyone else’s achievements,” smirked James. “Now it’s my turn to step into the spotlight and let them take my picture! —I’m not used to this.”

This award is a testament to James’s commitment to excellence and his passion for communication. His efforts have not only kept the community informed about BELD’s initiatives and services but have also played a crucial role in promoting public understanding and support for BELD.

Please join us in congratulating him on this well-deserved honor! 🙂

Here’s to many more years of outstanding communication and community engagement at BELD.
