2025 NEPPA Customer Service Award recipient

We are proud to congratulate our very own Helen Panico, recipient of the 2025 Carol A. Tracey Customer Service Award from the Northeast Public Power Association (NEPPA).

The award recognizes employees of NEPPA member utilities who deliver outstanding service to their customers and communities. Helen’s dedication, warmth, and reliability embody the spirit of the award’s namesake — always putting people first and representing BELD with professionalism and heart.

From helping customers at the front counter to volunteering at community events, Helen’s genuine care and positive energy make her an invaluable member of our team and a true ambassador for public power.

Congratulations, Helen — this recognition is well deserved!
